You can set up a group. You have to be a little careful what you post tho..........just be aware of libel. If you have a disclaimer then you should be covered. If you are using links or information from the Official Site then it is good practise to let them know, in case they have any problems with it.
When this site was set up as a temporary measure because the Official ST was having difficulties- I informed Universal (record label who run the Official busted.com site) and Digital-outlook (run and maintain the Official ST).
Once the TeamTalk section had been closed this site was expanded in an effort to keep everyone together and to pool all our resources rather than having lots of fragmented sites each with just bits of info. This means when any1 has info we all have access to it and can then vote, promote, encourage and make sure we remain the Busted hard-core fan base and can support and promote the band as before.
It is still important to have links to the official sites......that is where the most reliable info comes from. And we also have links to other groups relating to Busted and other topics of interest.
