Last year they seemed to be more together and at least then you could hear the lyrics. Was disappointed in the overall result this time. Was good to see Charlie up there tho giving it some - shame about the stuff thrown at him and the catcalls of Charlie? Who's David? everytime he announced a song.

Yep I noticed the Busted contingent...but the crowd was mixed and most were enjoying listening to them. I mean if those who want to see Charlie cos he was in Busted were there then why embarrass him and themselves by shouting out - he has moved on..... he is not goigng to be pleased and his music is now so different. Seems pointless spending out money and being there on a Friday night just to see a guy when you arent there for his music....but hey it takes all sorts why we go to watch a band. I was curious to see how the band has developed and by lookign around those that were there for the music didnt seem disappointed. I am glad I went to support him but it's not my kind of music at the moment. I need something I can remember the music to or the lyrics have made an impression but it could just have been the venue and where I was standing but I didnt get much otu of it - other than Until then which is an ace tune and of course it was great to hear everyone singing along to his released single PL. Dan did an amazing guitar bit at the end of the gig.

I saw Fightstar on Friday too!!! I also saw them on sat (not coz i'm spoilt we just thort they had sold out of tics 4 the Academy 2 in Brum when actually they just hadnt gone on saleb so we ended up with tics 4 both!!!) I thort they were stronger on the sat (plus i got a lot closer) quite a few people in Busted ties! I thort they were brilliant and hopefully (when they come back to brum) i'll go and see them again! xXx
